Active8’s are short, fun games that are designed to get kids up and moving about.  Each game is broken down into really simple stages and we’ve even included an 8 minute timer too.  The games can be used on their own or grouped together - either way, they are guaranteed to energise your kids and get them moving.  Each game played will count as 8 minutes towards the 60 active minutes recommended every day.
