Ensure you have some categories already to hand (football teams, female pop stars, things in tins, colours, countries, makes of car etc.)

The child must then name as many things as they can in that category in 20 seconds BUT for every thing they list they must also do a star-jump.  If they forget to jump as they list that item is not included on their final tally.
