Equipment needed: None

Caterpillar races:

o   Arrange the group into equal teams of 4

o   All standing in relay format at one end of the room

o   Each team stand with legs wide

o   The person at the back crawls through everyone’s legs in the line till they get to the front

o   When they are at the front and stood up the next person goes

o   When everyone has had a go sit down

o   First team to be sat down gets a point

o   Play a few time

Tips: Adapt the game to all the teams get into a press up position to add variety
