Firstly the host sets out different coloured markers on the floor, ensuring there is one less marker that there are contestants for each round.

The children then skip around these markers on a set course.  

When the host shouts a body part (eg. Arm, leg, head, bum) the child must try to get that body part on the nearest marker to them.
