A fun relay race is the basis for this fast-paced Halloween party game for kids.
The kids race in teams to dress a scarecrow - one article of clothing at a time.
When their article of clothing is on the scarecrow (or child!) they run back to start and the next child runs up to add their piece to the scarecrow.
Another variation of the game is to build and stuff a scarecrow as fast as you can.
