Suitable for all ages but be sure to help out the younger children in the group who may need some assistance with spelling and reading or pair them up with an older child in the group

Equipment needed: Printable alphabet activity sheet

• Print out a few alphabet activity sheets and dot them around the room
• Give each child a pen and piece of paper
• Ask them to write their name on the paper
• The aim of the game is to spell out their full name by completing the activity listed for each letter
• For a greater challenge add in middle names, to theme for Christmas add in an Elf name or favourite Christmas movie, food, present on your wish list 
• For variety ask them to spell out the same word for example: Christmas and time how long it takes them as a team, repeat to see if they can beat their team time
